Eligibility for Return:
1.  Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
2.  Product must be unused, unwashed and with original tags
3.  Customer pays return shipping Rs 240

Refund:
1.  Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
2.  For Bank/Easypaisa payments: Refund to same account
3.  For COD: Bank transfer or store credit

Exchanges:
Size/color exchange available within 3 days. Customer pays Rs 200 shipping.
